Who We Are
We built The Health Haus because we wanted to create somewhere that truly works for everyone, no matter your fitness level. A place that feels warm, safe and welcoming, that you actually want to come to. Being 24/7 means life does not have to get in the way of your training. We've built something we genuinely believe in, a space where people of all fitness levels feel like they belong.
It matters because we've both experienced firsthand what having the right environment can do for you, mentally and physically. We want that for everyone who walks through our doors. On top of that, we keep our prices affordable for everyone, with options to suit all needs.
We offer premium service and premium facilities at an affordable price, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to feel their best.

We're a boutique gym with two locations, Unanderra and Wollongong, running classes out of Unanderra. But what really sets us apart is that we've built wellness into everything.
Under one roof you've got traditional saunas, ice baths, infrared saunas, LED light therapy, recovery boots, massage guns, and a massage therapist on site, all in private settings. It's not just a gym, it's a full recovery and wellness experience.
Statistically, we have more female members than male, and that's a direct result of the safe, welcoming environment we and our amazing team have built. We get so many compliments from new members on how happy, supportive and welcoming the whole space and everyone in it is.

The People Behind The Haus
Founders
Dean and Elle's story started as teenagers — falling in love, figuring life out together, and becoming parents young. Dean spent 17 years as a personal trainer working back-to-back shifts to make ends meet. Elle balanced motherhood, work, and a deep passion for interior design. They knew hard. They knew hustle.
Through all of it, they never stopped training — because they understood what it did for them. When the chance to open their own gym appeared, they took it. Dean brought 17 years of knowing what members actually need. Elle brought her eye for design and how a space should feel. Together they built something neither had experienced: a gym that looks great, runs well, and genuinely puts people first.
Health Haus was never meant to be just another gym. It was meant to feel like home.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Sport & Exercise Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Science (Physical Conditioning), Jamie combines evidence-based training with a supportive coaching approach to help you reach your goals.
She specialises in helping women build confidence in the gym, develop strong strength-training foundations, and work towards an hourglass physique through strategic resistance training — designed for beginners and anyone who's ever felt intimidated or unsure where to start.
Jamie offers online coaching, weekly face-to-face PT, personalised training programmes, and 3-session PT packages. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or training with more structure and purpose — she's here to help you build a lifestyle you enjoy.

Elodie specialises in women's strength training — helping women build muscle, improve body composition, and train with real purpose.
Her coaching is built on structured programming, progressive overload, and creating habits that actually last. No quick fixes. Just real results.

Sarah is the owner of Body Balance Active (BBA) — built to help women feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies and lifestyle.

A Personal Trainer and Online Coach of 8 years, helping women build strength, confidence and consistency through realistic training and nutrition strategies.
Hannah specialises in strength training, body composition, nutrition support and sustainable lifestyle change — for women who are tired of starting over and want a structured approach that actually fits real life.
Coach · Massage Therapist · Nutritionist
Founder of Injury Management & Support, Dean is a qualified Strength & Conditioning Practitioner, Remedial Massage Therapist, Dry Needling Therapist, and Nutritionist. He takes a holistic approach to health, performance, recovery, and rehabilitation.
He specialises in strength training, injury prevention, rehab support, body transformation, and overall wellness — creating personalised programs that combine hands-on therapy, performance training, and nutrition guidance.
Dean works with everyone from beginners starting their fitness journey to athletes chasing performance and recovery gains, in a supportive environment where clients feel confident, educated, and empowered.
Coach
A qualified fitness professional with a Cert III & IV in Fitness, specialising in pregnancy and postpartum exercise. As a mum of three and stepmum to one, Kelly understands the realities of balancing health, fitness, and motherhood.
She creates safe, effective and realistic training programs that improve strength, movement, energy and overall wellbeing — in a welcoming, supportive environment at Health Haus.
